Crispy roasted cauliflower flavoured with Lioncroft Kalonji Seeds. Healthy and delicious.
| 1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). |
| 2. Toss cauliflower florets with oil, kalonji seeds, turmeric, cumin, chilli powder and salt. |
| 3. Spread on a baking tray in a single layer. |
| 4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy. |
| 5. Garnish with fresh coriander. |
Serve hot as a side dish or healthy snack.
