Kalonji Roasted Cauliflower

Crispy roasted cauliflower flavoured with Lioncroft Kalonji Seeds. Healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp Lioncroft Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tsp Lioncroft Kalonji Seeds
  • 1 tsp Lioncroft Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Lioncroft Ground Cumin
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Toss cauliflower florets with oil, kalonji seeds, turmeric, cumin, chilli powder and salt.
3. Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander.
