Kalonji Potato Stir-Fry

Quick, flavourful potato stir-fry with Lioncroft Kalonji Seeds. Perfect as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tbsp Lioncroft Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tsp Lioncroft Kalonji Seeds
  • 1 tsp Lioncroft Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander, chopped
1. Heat oil in a pan and add kalonji seeds.
2. When they splutter, add cubed potatoes.
3. Stir in turmeric, chilli powder and salt.
4. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden and crispy.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Serve hot with dal and roti.
