Quick, flavourful potato stir-fry with Lioncroft Kalonji Seeds. Perfect as a side dish.
| 1. Heat oil in a pan and add kalonji seeds. |
| 2. When they splutter, add cubed potatoes. |
| 3. Stir in turmeric, chilli powder and salt. |
| 4. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden and crispy. |
| 5. Garnish with fresh coriander. |
Serve hot with dal and roti.
