Spiced paneer tikka with Lioncroft Kalonji Seeds. Aromatic, flavourful and perfect as a starter.
| 1. Mix yogurt, kalonji seeds, ginger powder, garlic powder, garam masala, turmeric, oil and salt. |
| 2. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 30 minutes. |
| 3. Thread paneer, bell pepper and onion onto skewers. |
| 4. Grill or bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally. |
Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
