Kalonji Paneer Tikka

Spiced paneer tikka with Lioncroft Kalonji Seeds. Aromatic, flavourful and perfect as a starter.

Ingredients

  • 250g paneer, cubed
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp Lioncroft Kalonji Seeds
  • 1 tsp Lioncroft Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp Lioncroft Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Lioncroft Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Lioncroft Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Lioncroft Sunflower Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Bell pepper and onion, cubed
1. Mix yogurt, kalonji seeds, ginger powder, garlic powder, garam masala, turmeric, oil and salt.
2. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Thread paneer, bell pepper and onion onto skewers.
4. Grill or bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
