Tikka Potatoes

Crispy roasted potatoes with Lioncroft Tikka Paste. A flavourful twist on roasted potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tbsp Lioncroft Tikka Paste
  • 3 tbsp Lioncroft Sunflower Oil
  • Salt to taste
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Toss potato cubes with tikka paste, oil and salt.
3. Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
4. Roast for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.

Serve hot as a side dish.
