Tandoori Mushrooms

Juicy, flavourful tandoori mushrooms made with Lioncroft Tandoori Paste. Perfect vegetarian appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 250g button mushrooms, cleaned
  • 2 tbsp Lioncroft Tandoori Paste
  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lioncroft Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Bell peppers and onions for skewers (optional)
1. Mix tandoori paste, yogurt, oil, lemon juice and salt.
2. Toss mushrooms in the marinade and let sit for 20 minutes.
3. Thread mushrooms (and vegetables if using) onto skewers.
4. Grill or bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until slightly charred.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Serve hot with mint chutney as an appetizer.
