Juicy, flavourful tandoori mushrooms made with Lioncroft Tandoori Paste. Perfect vegetarian appetizer.
| 1. Mix tandoori paste, yogurt, oil, lemon juice and salt. |
| 2. Toss mushrooms in the marinade and let sit for 20 minutes. |
| 3. Thread mushrooms (and vegetables if using) onto skewers. |
| 4. Grill or bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until slightly charred. |
Serve hot with mint chutney as an appetizer.
