Perfectly spiced tandoori fish made with Lioncroft Tandoori Paste. Light, flavourful and healthy.
| 1. Cut fish into large pieces. |
| 2. Mix tandoori paste, yogurt, lemon juice, oil and salt. |
| 3. Coat fish pieces with marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes. |
| 4. Preheat oven to 200°C or prepare grill. |
| 5. Place fish on a greased baking tray or grill. |
| 6. Cook for 12-15 minutes until fish is cooked through and slightly charred. |
Serve with lemon wedges and a fresh salad.
