Tandoori Fish

Perfectly spiced tandoori fish made with Lioncroft Tandoori Paste. Light, flavourful and healthy.

Ingredients

  • 500g firm white fish fillets
  • 2 tbsp Lioncroft Tandoori Paste
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Lioncroft Sunflower Oil
  • Salt to taste
1. Cut fish into large pieces.
2. Mix tandoori paste, yogurt, lemon juice, oil and salt.
3. Coat fish pieces with marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 200°C or prepare grill.
5. Place fish on a greased baking tray or grill.
6. Cook for 12-15 minutes until fish is cooked through and slightly charred.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Serve with lemon wedges and a fresh salad.
