Roasted cauliflower with Lioncroft Tandoori Paste. Smoky, spicy and absolutely delicious.
| 1. Mix tandoori paste, yogurt, oil and salt. |
| 2. Toss cauliflower florets in the marinade. |
| 3. Let sit for 20 minutes. |
| 4. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). |
| 5. Spread cauliflower on a baking tray. |
| 6. Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and slightly charred. |
Serve hot as a side dish or appetizer.
