Tandoori Cauliflower

Roasted cauliflower with Lioncroft Tandoori Paste. Smoky, spicy and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into large florets
  • 3 tbsp Lioncroft Tandoori Paste
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lioncroft Sunflower Oil
  • Salt to taste
1. Mix tandoori paste, yogurt, oil and salt.
2. Toss cauliflower florets in the marinade.
3. Let sit for 20 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
5. Spread cauliflower on a baking tray.
6. Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

Serve hot as a side dish or appetizer.
