Sago Pudding

A creamy, sweet pudding made with Lioncroft Sago Seeds. Comforting and delicious.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Lioncroft Sago Seeds
  • 3 cups milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • Saffron strands (optional)
  • Chopped nuts for garnish
1. Soak sago in water for 30 minutes, then drain.
2. Boil milk in a pot.
3. Add drained sago and cook on low heat, stirring frequently, for 15-20 minutes until sago becomes translucent and soft.
4. Add sugar and cardamom, stirring well.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Add saffron if using.
7. Let cool slightly and garnish with chopped nuts.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Serve warm or chilled as a dessert.
