A creamy, sweet pudding made with Lioncroft Sago Seeds. Comforting and delicious.
| 1. Soak sago in water for 30 minutes, then drain. |
| 2. Boil milk in a pot. |
| 3. Add drained sago and cook on low heat, stirring frequently, for 15-20 minutes until sago becomes translucent and soft. |
| 4. Add sugar and cardamom, stirring well. |
| 5. Cook for another 5 minutes. |
| 6. Add saffron if using. |
| 7. Let cool slightly and garnish with chopped nuts. |
Serve warm or chilled as a dessert.
