A light, easy-to-digest dish made with Lioncroft Sago Seeds. Perfect for fasting or light meals.
| 1. Drain the soaked sago and rinse until water runs clear. |
| 2. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. |
| 3. When they splutter, add green chillies and potato cubes (if using). |
| 4. Cook for 5 minutes. |
| 5. Add drained sago, turmeric and salt. |
| 6. Stir well and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until sago becomes translucent. |
| 7. Add peanuts and mix. |
| 8. Garnish with coriander and lemon juice. |
Serve warm or at room temperature, often during fasting days.
