| 1. Mash the drained kidney beans coarsely in a bowl. |
| 2. Add breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, egg, salt and pepper. |
| 3. Mix well until the mixture holds together. |
| 4. Shape into burger patties. |
| 5. Heat oil in a pan and cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and crispy. |
| 6. Assemble in burger buns with your favorite toppings. |
Serve in buns with lettuce, tomato, cheese and condiments.
