Ragi Porridge

A warm, nutritious porridge made with Lioncroft Ragi Flour. Healthy, filling and perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Lioncroft Ragi Flour
  • 1½ cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tbsp sugar or jaggery
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • Chopped nuts for topping (optional)
1.In a small bowl, mix ragi flour with ¼ cup cold milk to make a smooth paste.
2.In a saucepan, bring the remaining milk to a gentle boil.
3.Add the ragi paste to the boiling milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
4.Reduce heat and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
5.Add sugar or jaggery and cardamom powder, stirring well.
6.Remove from heat.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Serve warm, topped with chopped nuts, as a nutritious breakfast.
