| 1.In a small bowl, mix ragi flour with ¼ cup cold milk to make a smooth paste. |
| 2.In a saucepan, bring the remaining milk to a gentle boil. |
| 3.Add the ragi paste to the boiling milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. |
| 4.Reduce heat and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. |
| 5.Add sugar or jaggery and cardamom powder, stirring well. |
| 6.Remove from heat. |
Serve warm, topped with chopped nuts, as a nutritious breakfast.
