Sweet, nutritious balls made with Lioncroft Ragi Flour. A healthy dessert or snack packed with goodness.
| 1.Heat ghee in a pan and add ragi flour. |
| 2.Roast on low heat for 8–10 minutes, stirring continuously, until aromatic (be careful not to burn). |
| 3.Remove from heat and let cool slightly. |
| 4.Add grated jaggery, chopped nuts and cardamom powder. |
| 5.Mix well until the jaggery melts and binds the mixture. |
| 6.While still warm, shape the mixture into small round balls (ladoos). |
| 7.Let cool completely before storing. |
Serve as a healthy sweet treat with tea or as a nutritious snack for children.
