Ragi Ladoo

Sweet, nutritious balls made with Lioncroft Ragi Flour. A healthy dessert or snack packed with goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lioncroft Ragi Flour
  • ½ cup jaggery, grated
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, cashews)
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
1.Heat ghee in a pan and add ragi flour.
2.Roast on low heat for 8–10 minutes, stirring continuously, until aromatic (be careful not to burn).
3.Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
4.Add grated jaggery, chopped nuts and cardamom powder.
5.Mix well until the jaggery melts and binds the mixture.
6.While still warm, shape the mixture into small round balls (ladoos).
7.Let cool completely before storing.
