Prawn Balti

Quick, flavourful prawn balti made with Lioncroft Balti Paste. Perfect for seafood lovers.

Ingredients

  • 400g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp Lioncroft Balti Paste
  • 2 tbsp Lioncroft Sunflower Oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander, chopped
  • Lemon juice
1. Heat oil in a balti pan or wok over high heat.
2. Add onion and bell pepper, stir-frying for 3 minutes.
3. Stir in balti paste and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add prawns and water, season with salt.
6. Cook for 5-7 minutes until prawns are pink and cooked through.
7. Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Serve hot with rice or naan.
