| 1. Heat oil in a balti pan or wok over high heat. |
| 2. Add onion and bell pepper, stir-frying for 3 minutes. |
| 3. Stir in balti paste and cook for 1 minute. |
| 4. Add tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes. |
| 5. Add prawns and water, season with salt. |
| 6. Cook for 5-7 minutes until prawns are pink and cooked through. |
| 7. Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander. |
Serve hot with rice or naan.
