A sweet, tangy chutney made with Lioncroft Dried Plums and walnuts. Perfect with cheese or cold meats.
| 1. In a saucepan, combine plums, sugar, vinegar, onion, ginger, cinnamon, salt and water. |
| 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
| 3. The mixture should thicken and plums should break down. |
| 4. Stir in chopped walnuts. |
| 5. Let cool and store in a clean jar. |
Serve with cheese platters, crackers or as a condiment with roasted meats.
