A hearty, sweet-savoury chicken stew with Lioncroft Dried Plums. Warming and perfect for family dinners.
| 1. Heat oil in a large pot and brown chicken pieces. Remove and set aside. |
| 2. In the same pot, sauté onion until soft. |
| 3. Add carrots and potatoes, cooking for 3-4 minutes. |
| 4. Return chicken to the pot and add chopped plums. |
| 5. Pour in chicken stock and add cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper. |
| 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes until chicken is tender. |
| 7. Garnish with parsley. |
Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice.
