Pistachio Stuffed Dates
Sweet, sticky dates filled with crushed Lioncroft Green Pistachios. A simple, elegant dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 12 Lioncroft Dried Dates
- ¼ cup Lioncroft Green Pistachios, crushed
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
| 1.Make a small slit lengthwise in each date and remove the pit. |
| 2.Fill each date with crushed pistachios. |
| 3.Press gently to close. |
| 4.Drizzle with honey if desired. |
| 5.Arrange on a serving plate. |
