| 1. Mix flour, yogurt, sugar, baking powder and salt. Knead into soft dough with warm water. |
| 2. Rest covered for 2 hours. |
| 3. Mix chopped pickle, onion and coriander for filling. |
| 4. Divide dough into balls, roll into small circles. |
| 5. Place filling in center, seal edges and roll gently into thick discs. |
| 6. Cook on a hot griddle until golden spots appear on both sides. |
| 7. Brush with butter while hot. |
Serve hot with dal makhani, chole or any rich curry.
