| 1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). |
| 2. Spread pizza sauce over the base. |
| 3. Sprinkle half the cheese evenly. |
| 4. Top with chopped chilli pickle, onion and bell pepper. |
| 5. Add remaining cheese on top. |
| 6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. |
| 7. Garnish with coriander and chilli flakes. |
Serve hot, cut into slices.
