Pickle Pizza Topping

A bold fusion pizza topped with Lioncroft Chilli Pickle. Spicy, tangy and surprisingly delicious. Serves: 4 people Total cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 tbsp pizza sauce or Lioncroft Tomato Ketchup
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Lioncroft Chilli Pickle, chopped
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • Fresh coriander, chopped
  • Chilli flakes (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Spread pizza sauce over the base.
3. Sprinkle half the cheese evenly.
4. Top with chopped chilli pickle, onion and bell pepper.
5. Add remaining cheese on top.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Garnish with coriander and chilli flakes.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Serve hot, cut into slices.
