Pickle Hummus

A tangy Indian-spiced hummus with Lioncroft Mixed Pickle. Creamy, flavourful and perfect for dipping. Serves: 6 people Total cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained
  • 2 tbsp Lioncroft Mixed Pickle, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tahini or peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Lioncroft Sunflower Oil
  • ½ tsp Lioncroft Ground Cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Paprika for garnish
1. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, pickle, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt.
2. Add oil gradually while blending.
3. Add water little by little until you reach desired creamy consistency.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with paprika and a drizzle of oil.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Serve with pita bread, crackers or vegetable sticks.
