| 1. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, pickle, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt. |
| 2. Add oil gradually while blending. |
| 3. Add water little by little until you reach desired creamy consistency. |
| 4. Taste and adjust seasoning. |
| 5. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with paprika and a drizzle of oil. |
Serve with pita bread, crackers or vegetable sticks.
