Soft, buttery naan brushed with Lioncroft Mixed Pickle butter. A flavourful twist on classic naan bread. Serves: 6 people Total cooking time: 2 hours 30 minutes
| 1. Mix flour, yogurt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. |
| 2. Knead into a soft dough using warm water. Rest for 2 hours, covered. |
| 3. Divide dough into balls and roll into oval shapes. |
| 4. Heat a griddle or tawa and cook each naan until bubbles appear. |
| 5. Flip and cook the other side. |
| 6. Mix melted butter with chopped pickle. |
| 7. Brush generously over hot naans. |
| 8. Garnish with coriander. |
Serve hot with any curry or dal.
