| 1. Mix tikka paste, yogurt and oil. |
| 2. Marinate paneer cubes for 20 minutes. |
| 3. Grill or pan-fry paneer until golden. |
| 4. Warm tortillas and fill with lettuce, tomato, onions and paneer tikka. |
| 5. Drizzle with mint chutney. |
| 6. Roll tightly and serve. |
