Spiced, crispy patties made with Lioncroft Moth Beans. Perfect as a snack or light meal.
| 1. Mash the boiled moth beans coarsely. |
| 2. Mix with mashed potatoes, onion, green chillies, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, breadcrumbs, salt and coriander. |
| 3. Shape into small round patties. |
| 4. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry tikkis until golden brown on both sides. |
| 5. Drain on paper towels. |
Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
