| 1. In a bowl, mix mint sauce, oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper. |
| 2. Coat lamb chops with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight). |
| 3. Preheat grill or griddle to medium-high heat. |
| 4. Grill lamb chops for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for well-done. |
| 5. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. |
Serve with roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes, with lemon wedges on the side.
