Mayo Garlic Bread

Crispy, flavourful garlic bread made with Lioncroft Mayonnaise. Quick and perfect as a side or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or bread loaf, sliced
  • ½ cup Lioncroft Mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp Lioncroft Paprika
  • Salt to taste
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, parsley, paprika and salt in a bowl.
3. Spread the mayo mixture generously on each bread slice.
4. Place on a baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
5. Serve immediately.

Serve hot with pasta, soup or as an appetizer.
