Mango Pickle Yogurt Dip

A creamy, tangy dip made with Lioncroft Mango Pickle and yogurt. Perfect for snacking and adds a spicy kick to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2–3 tbsp Lioncroft Mango Pickle, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Lioncroft Ground Cumin
  • Salt to taste (adjust based on pickle saltiness)
  • Fresh coriander, chopped (optional)
1.Whisk the plain yogurt in a bowl until smooth.
2.Add the finely chopped mango pickle and mix well.
3.Sprinkle in cumin powder and salt, adjusting to taste.
4.Stir thoroughly and chill for 10–15 minutes.
5.Garnish with fresh coriander if desired.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Serve with pakoras, samosas, parathas, wraps or as a dip for vegetable sticks.
