Tender lamb balti made with Lioncroft Balti Paste. Rich, hearty and perfect for special occasions.
| 1. Heat oil in a balti pan or wok over high heat. |
| 2. Add onion and garlic, stir-frying until golden. |
| 3. Add lamb pieces and sear until browned. |
| 4. Stir in balti paste and cook for 2 minutes. |
| 5. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. |
| 6. Pour in water, season with salt and bring to a boil. |
| 7. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45-50 minutes until lamb is tender. |
| 8. Garnish with fresh coriander. |
Serve hot with naan or rice.
