A quick, spicy toast made with Lioncroft Tomato Ketchup. Perfect for breakfast or evening snacks with minimal ingredients.
| 1.In a small bowl, mix tomato ketchup, chopped onion, green chilli, cumin, chilli powder and salt. |
| 2.Add chopped coriander and mix well. |
| 3.Spread the ketchup mixture evenly over each bread slice. |
| 4.Heat a pan or griddle and lightly brush with oil. |
| 5.Place the bread slices, topping side up, on the pan. |
| 6.Toast on low-medium heat until the bottom is crisp and golden, about 3–4 minutes. |
| 7.Flip and toast the other side briefly. |
Serve hot with a cup of tea or coffee.
