Sticky, sweet BBQ ribs glazed with Lioncroft Tomato Ketchup. Perfect for grilling or baking.
| 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) or prepare grill. |
| 2. Season ribs with salt and pepper. |
| 3. Mix ketchup, honey, soy sauce, oil, garlic powder, paprika and chilli flakes for the glaze. |
| 4. Brush ribs generously with half the glaze. |
| 5. Bake for 1 hour or grill for 30-40 minutes, basting with remaining glaze halfway through. |
| 6. The ribs should be tender and sticky. |
Serve hot with coleslaw and French fries.
