Simple, flavourful potato curry with Lioncroft Fenugreek Seeds. Quick and perfect as a side dish.
| 1. Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds. |
| 2. When they splutter, add cubed potatoes. |
| 3. Stir in turmeric, coriander, chilli powder and salt. |
| 4. Mix well to coat potatoes. |
| 5. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender. |
| 6. Garnish with fresh coriander. |
Serve hot with roti, puri or paratha.
