Creamy White Bean Mash
A smooth and creamy bean mash that is lighter than mashed potatoes and high in protein.
Ingredients
- 1 can Lioncroft White Kidney Beans in Brine, drained
- 1 tbsp Lioncroft Sunflower Oil or butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ tsp Lioncroft Ground Cumin
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper
- Splash of warm milk (optional)
- Fresh herbs
| Heat oil or butter |
| Sauté garlic gently |
| Add beans and cumin |
| Mash until smooth |
| Season and serve |
