| 1. Season pork chops with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. |
| 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. |
| 3. Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. |
| 4. In the last 2 minutes, brush both sides with mango chutney and let it caramelize slightly. |
| 5. Remove and rest for 3 minutes. |
Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
