Spicy fried eggs tossed in Lioncroft Red Chilli Sauce and soy. Quick, flavourful and perfect for a spicy breakfast or lunch.
| 1.Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs to your liking (sunny side up or scrambled). Remove and set aside. |
| 2.In the same pan, add sliced onion and green chilli. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. |
| 3.Add chilli sauce and soy sauce, stirring for 30 seconds. |
| 4.Return the eggs to the pan and toss gently to coat with the sauce. |
| 5.Garnish with spring onions. |
Serve hot with steamed rice or toast.
