Chilli Sauce Fried Eggs

Spicy fried eggs tossed in Lioncroft Red Chilli Sauce and soy. Quick, flavourful and perfect for a spicy breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Lioncroft Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lioncroft Sunflower Oil
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 green chilli, sliced (optional)
  • Spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
1.Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs to your liking (sunny side up or scrambled). Remove and set aside.
2.In the same pan, add sliced onion and green chilli. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3.Add chilli sauce and soy sauce, stirring for 30 seconds.
4.Return the eggs to the pan and toss gently to coat with the sauce.
5.Garnish with spring onions.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Serve hot with steamed rice or toast.
