Chicken Tikka Masala

Rich, creamy chicken tikka masala made with Lioncroft Tikka Paste. Restaurant-quality at home.

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cubed
  • 3 tbsp Lioncroft Tikka Paste
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lioncroft Sunflower Oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tsp Lioncroft Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander, chopped
1. Marinate chicken cubes with 2 tbsp tikka paste and yogurt for 1 hour.
2. Grill or pan-fry chicken until cooked. Set aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion until golden.
4. Add remaining tikka paste and cook for 1 minute.
5. Add tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Stir in cream and season with salt.
7. Add grilled chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
8. Add garam masala and garnish with coriander.

Serve hot with naan or rice.
