Rich, creamy chicken tikka masala made with Lioncroft Tikka Paste. Restaurant-quality at home.
| 1. Marinate chicken cubes with 2 tbsp tikka paste and yogurt for 1 hour. |
| 2. Grill or pan-fry chicken until cooked. Set aside. |
| 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion until golden. |
| 4. Add remaining tikka paste and cook for 1 minute. |
| 5. Add tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes. |
| 6. Stir in cream and season with salt. |
| 7. Add grilled chicken and simmer for 10 minutes. |
| 8. Add garam masala and garnish with coriander. |
Serve hot with naan or rice.
