| 1. Rinse the drained beans and place in a bowl. |
| 2. Flake the tuna and add to the beans. |
| 3. Add chopped onion and cherry tomatoes. |
| 4. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice. |
| 5. Season with cumin, salt and pepper. |
| 6. Toss gently and garnish with herbs. |
