Quick, flavourful tacos filled with spiced Lioncroft Red Kidney Beans. Perfect for a fun weeknight dinner.
| 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft. |
| 2. Add drained beans, cumin, paprika, chilli powder and salt. |
| 3. Mash some of the beans with a fork while cooking for 5-7 minutes. |
| 4. Warm taco shells according to package instructions. |
| 5. Fill each shell with bean mixture and top with your favorite toppings. |
Serve immediately with extra salsa and lime wedges.
