Simple, spiced potatoes tossed with Lioncroft Ajwain Seeds. Quick, flavourful and perfect as a side dish.
| 1.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. |
| 2.Add ajwain seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds. |
| 3.Add the cubed potatoes, turmeric, chilli powder and salt. |
| 4.Toss well to coat the potatoes evenly. |
| 5.Cover and cook on low-medium heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden and cooked through. |
| 6.Garnish with fresh coriander. |
Serve hot as a side dish with dal, rice or roti.
