Crispy, savoury baked crackers flavoured with Lioncroft Ajwain Seeds. Perfect for tea-time snacking.
| 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). |
| 2.In a bowl, mix flour, oil, ajwain seeds, salt and chilli powder. |
| 3.Add water gradually and knead into a firm dough. |
| 4.Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface. |
| 5.Cut into desired shapes (squares, circles or strips). |
| 6.Place on a greased baking tray. |
| 7.Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp. |
| 8.Let cool completely before storing. |
Serve with tea, coffee or as a crunchy snack on their own.
